The flagship project of Echo Investment – Browary Warszawskie, which is developed in the quarter of Grzybowska, Wronia, Chłodna and Krochmalna streets will soon be possible to view using a special VR application which is developed by Immersion – the largest Polish company which creates applications and games for virtual extended reality.

Browary Warszawskie is a project which is under construction in a special place in the centre of Warsaw. It is a place where the city"s future meets its past. On the one hand it includes new, developing projects and infrastructure, on the other – traces of historical, urban development featuring good energy from former craft and industrial successes. This is where the Haberbusch & Schiele brewery was established in 1846. It was the largest one in the Polish Kingdom and one of the most important ones on the brewing map of Europe, it operated until the Second World War. The new development concept which was created by Echo Investment will return the entire quarter to Warsaw and its residents. While respecting the history and striving at the restoration of the natural continuity of the city development the project creates frames for modern, mixed-use urban environment. The developer invited the renowned JEMS Architekci studio to create the design. A special VR application is currently being developed on the initiative of Echo Investment, which will make it possible for future residents, office works and all people interested in the development of the quarter to see the completed Browary Warszawskie project. The project created by Immersion will provide everyone with an option of a virtual walk in the real scale using the VR technology. The presentation of the Browary Warszaskie project in VR makes it possible to sense the emotional reaction to the completed area and see it from the perspective of a walker, it also offers a bird"s eye view. A client has a unique opportunity as well as realistically experience what they receive. VR has become a new must-have for top quality properties.
