Fabryka Formy fitness club in Galeria Sudecka
Fabryka Formy fitness club in Galeria Sudecka

The most up-to-date fitness club in the Jelenia Góra region, which is part of the Fabryka Formy chain, is to be opened in Galeria Sudecka which is being developed by Echo Investment.

Fabryka Formy in Galeria Sudecka will have an area in excess of 1,300 sqm. It will be the largest and the most up-to-date fitness centre in the Jelenia Góra region. “While planning an opening of our club we carefully analyze possible locations, particularly if it is our first club in a given city. In the case of Jelenia Góra the decision concerning the choice of Galeria Sudecka was natural and obvious for us. The facility is being developed in a proven location, which residents of the city and its immediate area have been familiar with for several years. Furthermore, Galeria Sudecka will be the largest shopping and entertainment centre in Jelenia Góra and it will have the broadest offer of products and services. Thus we had no doubts that the first Fabryka Formy club in Jelenia Góra should be located in a place like this,” says Michał Lachowicz, board member at Fabryka Formy S.A. Fabryka Formy clubs will soon offer professional and modern SportsArt equipment, which will not only motivate club members in their fight for good form but also will make it possible for them to monitor their progress. Its new clubs will be the first ones in Poland to include equipment with the built-in SA Well application. It will allow club members to follow their progress as well as save their goals and achievements, so they will be able to continuously monitor the effect of their training. “In order to motivate our club members and ensure their comfort we provide access to the latest technology, which positively influences the quality of training, the results of exercises and it encourages members to exercise regularly. All this is aimed at motivating them and enabling intelligent and conscious training which will improve the quality of life of each of our club members,” adds Alicja Liczba, marketing and PR manager at Centrum Fitness Fabryka Formy. “In our opinion the future of shopping centres will be to a large extent based on their entertainment, gastronomy and sports sections. That is why we have made sure that our centre includes the only multi-screen cinema in the Jelenia Góra region, a food court including 6 restaurants, the largest sports shop of the Go Sport chain and, last but not least, the Jupi Park for the young ones. Fitness was a natural element which complemented this mix. The entertainment and the gastronomy parts are already 100-pct commercialized. We are currently working on the retail park, which will complement and strengthen the offer of Galeria Sudecka. We will build a total of 45,000 sqm of retail space and 1,800 parking spaces,” says Marcin Materny, director of Echo Investment"s Shopping Centre Department. The construction of Galeria Sudecka is progressing on schedule. Nearly 300 people are currently working at the construction site; the construction of the cinema floor is being finalized. The process of acceptance of the areas by tenants is to start at the end of July this year. The Helios cinema will be the first to start the fit-out work. The group of tenants has recently been joined by the Grycan chain of ice cream parlours – it will occupy 40 sqm in Galeria Sudecka. Galeria Sudecka is being developed in the Zabobrze district at the site of the Echo shopping centre which has been open for over 13 years. It will be the first shopping and entertainment centre in the Jelenia Góra region. The centre is planned to include 100 shops, restaurants and service outlets, as well as a 7-screen Helios cinema with a cafe and bar area. The commercialization of the project amounts to 70 pct. The investor has planned a retail area of 45,000 sqm in the design of Galeria Sudecka. The first one to be built will be a mall including shops, boutiques and service outlets as well as the first in the town 7-screen Helios cinema. The final stage of Galeria Sudecka development will be the construction of a retail park which will include a large format DIY shop, among others. Its customers will be able to use over 1,800 parking spaces. Tenants of Galeria Sudecka will include the shops of the LPP group (Reserved, House, Mohito, Cropp Town and Sinsay), as well as RTV Euro AGD, GoSport, Martes Sport, Smyk, Empik, CCC, Wojas, Ryłko, 4F, Kubenz, Monnari, Cipo&Baxx, Top Secret, Diverse, Rossman, Yes, Matras, Świat Zabawek, Wójcik, Giacomo Conti, North Fish, Kuchnia Polska, Grycan, Thai Restaurant and others.   www.galeriasudecka.pl
