New, unique space in Kraków - 53 exclusive apartments from Echo Investment surrounded by the Dębnicki Park

Echo Investment will soon start the construction of a new luxury apartment complex in Kraków. The project will be located in Stare Dębniki, near the Main Market Square and it will provide a view onto the Wawel Royal Castle. The modern area arranged by the developer will be a kind of ‘suburbs in the city centre’ which will become an alternative to densely constructed apartments in the city centre. The project will involve the construction of 53 exclusive apartments.

The exclusive, small luxury apartment buildings will be developed in Kraków"s Stare Dębniki, near the Vistula Boulevards, on Czarodziejska Street and Tyniecka Street. The idea of the project is to create a unique place and unprecedented in Krakow space arrangement. The low and small buildings will be integrated with the greenery of the Dębnicki Park while all natural assets sand specificity of the surroundings will be taken into account in the construction process. The area filled with luxury apartment development and park greenery will constitute a cohesive urban entirety. The architectural concept provides only for the utilization of the land which is free of trees and has not been developed until now. The remaining area of the project will extend the park and recreational area. The project will involve the construction of seven small, three-storey buildings. Each of them will include from 5 to 11 apartments with areas ranging from 70 to 200 sqm. The project developed by Echo Investment will include a total of 53 apartments and two underground car parks. Its architectural design is being prepared by the renowned Kraków-based architectural studio GPP GRUPA PROJEKTOWA Sp. z o.o. while the building process and the materials used for the construction will represent top standards. The initial construction work is to start in autumn this year. The unique location is not just the greatest asset of the luxury apartments in Stare Dębniki but it also distinguishes the project from any other luxury developments in Kraków. The project is being developed in a beautiful park, next to the Vistula Boulevards, it is surrounded by historical monuments and tourist attractions. This is where history and tradition meet modernity.  The green and peaceful park area gently transforms into the atmospheric Old Town surroundings. Such location of the apartments will provide residents with a possibility of living in a peaceful and safe place as well as access to recreational areas: tennis courts, numerous jogging, cycling and roller skating routes as well as a kayak route due to the proximity of the Vistula River. Residents of the apartments in Debniki will also be able to enjoy a beautiful view onto the most famous historical monuments in Kraków - the Wawel Royal Castle, the Kościuszko Mound and the Norbertine Convent. The uniqueness and the character of this place are complemented by the nearby Dębnicki Market Square where an outdoor market offering ecological vegetables and fruit takes place every day. Stare Dębniki is an area of Kraków which is part of the 8th District Dębniki on the right, southern bank of the Vistula River. It has been considered a prestigious location for many years and it has been attracting new residents thanks to its special atmosphere and a large amount of green areas. Historical Dębniki has been connected with the city since the 13th century. Now currently constitutes the 8th district of Kraków where numerous historical monuments are located, including an eclectic residence – the Palace of the Lasocki family – which was built on the edge of one of one of the most picturesque green areas – the Dębnicki Park. The modernist church of the Salesian Congregation is an important spot on the map of Dębniki. It is the church where Karol Wojtyła said his first mass on the 3rd of November 1946. The future pope spent over 6 years in Dębniki. From 1938 until the end of the war he lived in the house of Feliks Kaczorowski on ul. Tyniecka. The former house of Alfred Daun – a famous sculptor, the creator of the Lilla Weneda sculpture in Planty Park and the representation of Music, Opera and Operetta on the facade of the Juliusz Słowacki theatre in Kraków is also located at the Dębnicki Market Square. The 8th district also includes historical and popular among tourists places such as: the Zakrzówek Lake, the Twardowski Rocks and Tyniec with the historical Benedictine Monastery.
