Zebra – Echo’s new residential project in Wrocław
Zebra – Echo’s new residential project in Wrocław

The construction of the Zebra residential complex located on the bank of the Odra River, at the promenade between Zakładowa Street and Słonimskiego Street, has been launched in the capital of Lower Silesia.

Echo Investment has already signed a contract with the general contractor i.e. Eiffage Polska Serwis. The value of the contract exceeds a net amount of PLN 39 mln. Work at the construction site is starting this week. Zebra includes modern buildings with striking black and white facades and a unique view of the Odra River. “The project has been mostly created with young and active people in mind, who want to live in a quiet and green area while not giving up on the allure of city living,” says Dawid Wrona, sales director in Echo Investment"s Residential Project Department. The Zebra residential complex includes two buildings and apartments ranging from 25 to 69 sqm. The apartments have functional layouts and they also include balconies, loggias and terraces, there are also attractive gardens on the ground floor. The project includes 225 apartments, studios, 2- and 3- room ones as well as service premises located on the ground floor. Its excellent location is the greatest asset of the estate. Zebra is located close to the city centre while shopping malls, clubs and restaurants are within a walking distance. There are also schools, nursery schools and shops nearby. Unique views of Odra and the proximity of the river provide unique living conditions, which will make it stand out from other projects. www.echo-zebra.pl
