Notification of transaction on Issuer’s securities

With reference to current report no. 18/2015 the Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer") hereby reports that the Issuer received notifications from three former members of the Issuer"s Supervisory Board today, which were drawn up on the basis of art. 160 of the act on trade in financial instruments of the 29th of July 2005 (Journal of Laws no. 183 item 1538, as amended) concerning transactions on Issuer"s shares which were concluded by entities closely related to them at the time when they were members of the Issuer"s Supervisory Board on the day of transaction. In which the informer reports the sale of shares of Echo Investment S.A. by a closely related entity i.e. FTF Columbus S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, KRS: 0000441371 (a subsidiary of Mr Michał Sołowow) to Bafia sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, KRS: 0000532860, a subsidiary of FTF Columbus S.A. The transaction concerned the sale of 171,477,880 ordinary bearer shares of Echo Investment S.A. at the price of PLN 6.50 per share on the 10th of June. The sale of the shares took place outside the regulated market through the Brokerage House of PKO BP in Warsaw. Notification no. 2

- the purchase of shares of Echo Investment S.A. by a closely related entity i.e. Bafia sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, KRS: 0000532860.
 The transaction concerned the sale of 171,477,880 ordinary bearer shares of Echo  Investment S.A. at the price of PLN 6.50 per share on the 10th of June. The sale of the shares  took place outside the regulated market through the Brokerage House of PKO BP in Warsaw.
The informers requested their personal details be withheld, referring to the content of §3 (2) of the Decree by the Minister of Finance dated the 15th of November 2005 on passing and making accessible information on certain transactions in financial instruments and rules of making and conducting lists of persons having access to certain confidential information. Legal basis: article 160 (4) of the act on trade in financial instruments of the 29th of July 2005 (Journal of Laws 183, item 1538, as amended).
