Information on the number of apartments sold in Q4 2017 and in 2017

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer") hereby reports that: - In Q4 2017 the Issuer and Issuer"s subsidiaries sold 531 apartments on the basis of preliminary contracts (compared to 422 apartments sold in Q4 2016); - In 2017 the Issuer and Issuer"s subsidiaries have sold 1.427 apartments on the basis of preliminary contracts (compared to 925 apartments sold in 2016); - In Q4 2017 the Issuer and Issuer"s subsidiaries concluded 610 final contracts which transferred the ownership of apartments to clients (compared to 65 such contracts concluded in Q4 2016); - In 2017 the Issuer and Issuer"s subsidiaries have concluded 1.006 final apartment sales contracts (compared to 451 final contracts concluded in 2016).
