Resignation of management board member

The Management Board of Echo Investment (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer") hereby reports that the Issuer obtained a statement from Mr Waldemar Lesiak today, concerning his resignation from membership in the Issuer"s Management Board with effect on May 31st, 2016. The statement does not contain any reasons for the resignation. Legal basis: §5 (1.21) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance  of February 19th, 2009 concerning current and periodical information published by issuers of securities and terms of recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2014 item 113).
