Shareholders holding minimum 5% of the total number of votes at the Annual General Meeting of Echo Investment S.A.

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby publishes a list of Shareholders holding minimum 5% of the total number of votes at the Company"s General Meeting of Shareholders on the 29th of  June, 2017. 1. Lisala sp.  z o.o. 272,375,784 shares carrying 77.23% votes and constituting 66.00% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company"s Shareholders; 2. Aviva OFE Aviva BZ WBK (Open Pension Fund) – 41,269,000 shares carrying 11.70% votes and constituting 10.00% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company"s Shareholders; 3. Nationale Nederlanded OFE (Open Pension Fund) – 39,000,000 shares carrying 11.06% votes and constituting 9.45% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company"s Shareholders.
