Information on the number of apartments sold in Q4 2016

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer") hereby reports that: - In Q2 2017 the Issuer and Issuer"s subsidiaries sold 297 apartments on the basis of preliminary contracts (compared to 162 apartments sold in Q2 2016); - In H1 2017 the Issuer and Issuer"s subsidiaries have sold 554 apartments on the basis of preliminary contracts (compared to 309 apartments sold from Q1 to Q2 2016); - In Q2 2017 the Issuer and Issuer"s subsidiaries concluded 58 final contracts which transferred the ownership of apartments to clients (compared to 129 such contracts concluded in Q2 2016); - In H1 2017 the Issuer and Issuer"s subsidiaries have concluded 148 final apartment sales contracts (compared to 175 final contracts concluded from Q1 to Q2 2016).
