Monthly information on apartments sales

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. hereby reports monthly information on number of apartments sold and handed over by Echo Investment Group. Preliminary sales contracts concluded - 65 contracts concluded in June 2018, compared to 111 contracts in June 2017; - 210 contracts concluded in Q2 2018, compared to 294 contracts in Q2 2017; - 557 contracts concluded since the beginning of 2018 cumulatively, compared to 551 contracts concluded in corresponding period of 2017. Number of units handed over to clients - 81 apartments handed over in June 2018, compared to 43 apartments handed over in in June 2017; - 104 apartments handed over in Q2 2018, compared to 64 apartments handed over in in Q2 2017; - 174 apartments handed over cumulatively since the beginning of 2018, compared to 158 apartments handed over in corresponding period of 2017.
