Court ruling on the adoption of the uniform text of Issuer’s Statute

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. (the Issuer, the Company) hereby reports that in connection with a resolution of June 28th, 2016 concerning the adoption of the uniform text of the Statute, the Company received a ruling of the registry court today, dated September 14th, 2016 on the adoption of the uniform text of the Issuer"s Statute.
