Monthly information on apartments sales

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. hereby reports monthly information on number of apartments sold and handed over by Echo Investment Group. Preliminary sales contracts concluded - 55 contracts concluded in July 2018, compared to 88 contracts in July 2017;
- 613 contracts concluded since the beginning of 2018 cumulatively, compared to 639 contracts concluded in corresponding period of 2017. Number of units handed over to clients - 61 apartments handed over in July 2018, compared to 64 apartments handed over in in July 2017;
- 235 apartments handed over cumulatively since the beginning of 2018, compared to 222 apartments handed over in corresponding period of 2017. Legal basis: Art. 17 section 1 MAR – confidential information.
