Date of first listing of A- and B-series bonds

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. ("the Company") hereby reports that on the 22nd of July the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange [Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.] passed resolutions regarding the introduction of the following bonds to exchange trading on the Catalyst market as of the 28th of July 2014: - 500,000 (five hundred thousand) A-series bearer bonds of ECHO INVESTMENT S.A. with a nominal value of PLN 100 (a hundred zloty) each, marked with the code PLECHPS00142 by the National Depository for Securities, and list them in the system of continuous quotations under the abbreviated name "ECH0616"; - 250,000 (two hundred fifty thousand) B-series bearer bonds of ECHO INVESTMENT S.A. with a nominal value of PLN 100 (a hundred zloty) each, marked with the code PLECHPS00167 by the National Depository for Securities, and list them in the system of continuous quotations under the abbreviated name "ECH0716".
