Changed subscription closure dates for G-series bonds

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. ("the Company") hereby reports that in accordance with the basic prospectus approved by the Financial Supervision Authority on 26 May 2017 ("the Prospectus") on 4 October 2017 subscriptions were made for a higher number of G-series bonds of the Company compared to the total number of G-Series Bonds offered, as a result of which 4 October 2017 was the Oversubscription Date. Subscriptions made on 4 and 5 October 2017 will be reduced proportionally. Detailed manner of subscription reduction is described in the Prospectus. The company reports that the period of subscriptions for G-Series Bonds, which is stipulated in the Final Terms of G-Series Bonds, has been shortened.
