Changed publication dates of interim reports

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. hereby reports that: - the consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2014, which was due for publication on the 2nd of March 2015 in accordance with the current report no. 3/2015, will be published on the 24th of February 2015; - the separate annual report for 2014 and the consolidated annual report for 2014, which were due for publication on the 22nd of April 2015 in accordance with the current report no. 3/2015,  will be published on the 30th of April 2015. Legal basis: §103 (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the 19th  of February 2009 concerning current and periodical information published by issuers of securities and terms of recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33 item 259, as amended).
