Fulfilment of condition for payment of an advance towards dividend for financial year 2016

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. (the Issuer, the Company) hereby reports that today the Issuer received a report from the assessment of the Company"s financial report for the period from January 1st, 2016 until June 30th, 2016 from Ernst & Young Audyt Polska Sp.  zo.o. Sp. k. – a chartered auditor, which confirms the amount of the Company"s net profit generated in this period. It equals the fulfilment of one of three conditions included in a resolution of the Issuer"s Management Board concerning a conditional payment of an advance towards the future dividend for the financial year 2016, which is marked as § 2 letter b in the resolution in question.
