Registration of F-series bonds in the National Depository for Securities

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. ("the Company") hereby reports that the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities passed resolution no. 688/17 of  the 11th of October 2017 concerning the registration of the following bonds in the depository of securities as of the 13th of October 2017: 1,250,000 (one milion two hundred and fifty thousand ) F-series bearer bonds of ECHO INVESTMENT S.A. with a nominal value of PLN 100 (a hundred zloty) each which were issued pursuant to Resolution no. 2/04/2017 of the Company"s Management Board of the 12th of April 2017 and a Resolution of the Company"s Management Board of the 18th of Sempember 2017, and marking them with the code PLECHPS00233. Legal basis: §34 Section 1 item 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the 19th of  February 2009 concerning current and periodical information published by issuers of securities and terms of recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws No. 33 item 259, as amended).
