Changed deadlines for subscriptions and allocation of Issuer’s D-series bonds

In accordance with the Prospectus, the Company hereby reports that on the 20th October 2014 subscriptions were made for more D-series bonds than the total number of D-series bonds offered, as a result of which the 20th of October 2014 was the Oversubscription Date. Subscriptions made in the period from the Oversubscription Date i.e. from the 20th of October 2014 (inclusive) until the 21st of October 2014 (inclusive) will be reduced proportionally. A detailed method of subscription reductions and the repayment of amounts overpaid to Investors is specified in the Prospectus (see the Information about Terms and Conditions of the Offer – Description of the Possibility of Subscription Reduction and the Repayment of Overpaid Amounts to Investors). The Company hereby reports that the deadline for subscriptions for D-series bonds specified in the Final Terms and Conditions of D-Series Bond Offer has been shortened. The deadline for subscriptions has been moved to the 21st of October 2014. Moreover, the deadline for the allocation of D-series bonds specified in the Final Terms and Conditions of D-Series Bond Offer has also been amended. The company shall allocate D-series bonds on the 22nd of October 2014. Please also refer to current report no. 46/2014 of the 17th of October 2014.
