Notification of transaction on Issuer’s securities

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer) hereby reports that on the 28th of December 2015 the Issuer received a notification from a person holding a management position in the Issuer"s organizational structure and having access to confidential information, concerning purchases of shares of Echo Investment S.A. with a value in excess of EUR 5,000. The purchase transactions were closed on the regulated market in the continuous trading system:
- 2015-01-19 – a purchase of 750 shares at the average price of PLN 6.47 per share;
- 2015-09-02 – a purchase of 500 shares at the average price of PLN 6.25 per share;
- 2015-12-14 – a purchase of 1,000 shares at the average price of PLN 6.67 per share;
- 2015-12-17 – a purchase of 700 shares at the average price of PLN 6.61 per share;
- 2015-12-18 – a purchase of 500 shares at the average price of PLN 6.49 per share. The informer requested their personal details be withheld, referring to the content of §3 (2) of the Decree by the Minister of Finance dated the 15th of November 2005 on passing and making accessible information on certain transactions in financial instruments and rules of making and conducting lists of persons having access to certain confidential information.
