Admission of D-series bonds to trading

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. ("the Company") hereby reports that on the 12th of November 2014 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange [Giełda Papierów Wartościowych S.A.] passed a resolution regarding the introduction of the Company"s D-series bearer bonds to exchange trading on the Catalyst market. “Pursuant to § 3 (sections 1 and 7) of the Regulation of the Stock Exchange the Management Board of the Stock Exchange hereby decides to admit 500,000 (five hundred thousand) D-series bearer bonds of ECHO INVESTMENT S.A. with a nominal value of PLN 100 (a hundred zloty) each to stock exchange trading on the main market.” Legal basis: article 56 section 1 item 2 of the act on public offering and conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading and public companies of the 29th of July 2005 (Journal of Laws No. 185 item 1439, as amended).
