Registration of G-series bonds in the National Depository for Securities

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. ("the Company") hereby reports that the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities passed resolution no. 714/17 of  the 24th of October 2017 concerning the registration of the following bonds in the depository of securities on the 27th of October 2017: 750,000 (seven hundred fifty thousand ) G-series bearer bonds of ECHO INVESTMENT S.A. with a nominal value of PLN 100 (a hundred zloty) each which were issued pursuant to a resolution of the Company"s Management Board of the 27th of February 2017 and a resolution of the Company"s Management Board of the 29th September 2017, and marked them with the code PLECHPS00241. Legal basis: §34 Section 1 item 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the 19th of  February 2009 concerning current and periodical information published by issuers of securities and terms of recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws No. 33 item 259, as amended).
