Admission of G-series bearer bonds to trading on Catalyst

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. hereby reports that the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange [Giełda Papierów Wartościowych S.A.] passed resolution no. 1247/2017 of 26 October 2017 regarding the introduction of 750,000 (seven hundred fifty thousand) G-series bearer bonds of ECHO INVESTMENT S.A.  with a nominal value of PLN 100 (one hundred zloty) each to the exchange trading on the basic market. Legal basis: §34 section 1 item 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19  February 2009 concerning current and periodical information published by issuers of securities and terms of recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws No. 33 item 259, as amended).
