Selected operational data from Issuer’s residential segment

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. ("the Company") hereby reports that due to an increase of the share of the residential segment in the results of the Company"s Capital Group, they made a decision to publish monthly reports concerning the sales and deliveries of apartments starting from October 2017 data. Taking into consideration the above, the Issuer"s Management Board reports that:
- in October 2017 the Issuer and Issuer"s subsidiaries sold 148 apartments on the basis of preliminary agreements;
- the Issuer and Issuer"s subsidiaries have cumulatively sold 1045 apartments on the basis of preliminary agreements since the beginning of 2017;
- in October 2017 the Issuer and Issuer"s subsidiaries concluded 310 final agreements transferring ownership of apartments to clients;
- the Issuer and Issuer"s subsidiaries have cumulatively concluded 706 final agreements transferring ownership of apartments to clients since the beginning of 2017.
