Registration of the amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company adopted under a resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Echo Investment S.A. of 16 October 2017

Further to current report No. 46/2017, the management board of Echo Investment S.A. (the “Company”) would like to inform you that on 22 November 2017, it received a decision of the District Court in Kielce, X Commercial Division of the National Court Register concerning the registration of amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company that were effected under resolution No. 5 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 16 October 2017. The uniform text of the Articles of Association incorporating the amendments is attached to this report as Appendix 1. Legal basis: § 100.4 in connection with §38.1(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 concerning current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the terms of recognising as equivalent the information required under the laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33 item 259, as amended).
