Statement of the Supervisory Borad member and the Management Board member

The Company wishes to make known that on December 19, 2017, it was given information about the detainment of Mr. Przemysław Krych, member of the Company"s Supervisory Board, and Mr. Mikołaj Martynuska, member of the Company"s Management Board, on the orders of the Regional Prosecutor in Katowice. In the evening of December 19, 2017, the attorneys of Messrs. Krych and Martynuska provided statements to the Company in the name of both assuring they had not committed any crime and would prove their innocence in line with the law.
