Information on the number of apartments sold in Q1 2018

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer") hereby reports that: - In Q1 2018 the Issuer and Issuer"s subsidiaries sold 348 apartments on the basis of preliminary contracts (compared to 257 apartments sold in Q1 2017); - In Q1 2018 the Issuer and Issuer"s subsidiaries concluded 108 final contracts which transferred the ownership of apartments to clients (compared to 95 final contracts concluded in Q1 2017).
