Information on transaction acquired pursuant to art. 19 MAR

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. (the "Issuer") hereby reports that today the Issuer obtained a notification from "Echo - SPV 7" spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Kielce, 36 Solidarności Avenue, KRS 0000070412, an entity closely affiliated with management members, concerning a transaction on Issuer"s bonds. The contents of the notification are included in the attachment. Art 19 section 3 MAR – information on transactions executed by persons performing managerial functions.
