Browary Warszawskie: launch of construction of B and C residential buildings
Browary Warszawskie: launch of construction of B and C residential buildings

Echo Investment has signed a general contractor agreement with Eiffage Polska Budownictwo (EPB) concerning two residential buildings which are to be developed in the quarter of the streets: Grzybowska, Wronia, Chłodna and Krochmalna.

The contract worth nearly PLN 79 mln concerns the construction of two buildings (B and C), which will include 287 apartments with areas ranging from 28 to 113 sqm. The work has already started and its completion date is Q2 2020. “EPB is a proven partner of Echo Investment, which guarantees the quality and timeliness of work execution. Other factors which determined the choice included: its high security standards at building sites, financial resources as well as qualified and experienced staff. Thanks to cooperation with the company we are sure that Browary Warszawskie will be developed according to our concept so as to become a friendly place, where people will want to live, work and spend time,” says Dawid Wrona, sales director in Echo Investment"s Residential Department. “Browary Warszawskie is a spatial assumption which was created in the spirit of the latest urban planning concepts. All over Europe cities are currently being developed in a sustainable way, in harmony with nature. They are meant to meet various needs of the people who live, work and stay in them. I am glad that thanks to our work for Echo Investment we will be involved in the development of an excellently designed urban area,” says Maria Czerwińska, commercial director, the North Region, Eiffage Polska Budownictwo. Browary Warszawskie is a project which is under construction in a special place in the centre of Warsaw, where the city"s future meets its past. On the one hand it includes new, developing projects and infrastructure, on the other – traces of historical, urban development featuring good energy from former craft and industrial successes. This is where the Haberbusch & Schiele brewery was established in 1846. It was the largest one in the Polish Kingdom and one of the most important ones on the brewing map of Europe, it operated until the Second World War. The new development concept which was created by Echo Investment will return the entire quarter to Warsaw and its residents. While respecting the history and striving at the restoration of the natural continuity of the city development the project creates frames for modern, mixed-use urban environment. The developer invited the renowned JEMS Architekci studio to create the design. www.bw-echo.com.pl
