Construction of Q22 enters another stage
Construction of Q22 enters another stage

The last 200-metre crane has left the building site of the Q22 office building in Warsaw, which is developed by Echo Investment.

The crane with a height of 220 metres was one of the most recognizable elements of the Q22 building site. It was used for the construction work from March 2014 and it had a working range of 45 metres while its lifting capacity was 12 tonnes.

“The construction of the project is on schedule. The removal of the crane enables us to finish in the facade work on the ground floor of the building as well as to launch the assembly of revolving doors. The facade work in other parts of Q22 is nearing completion. We are planning to complete the work related to the main installation systems and launch the start-up before the end of February. Meanwhile in March we are planning to start the development of the area around the office building,” says Marek Szymonek, project manager from Echo Investment"s Office and Hotel Department. The commercialization of the office building is nearing completion at the same time. Q22 will include seats of companies such as: Deloitte, Allegro with is subsidiary PayU, Linklaters, William Demant, Vestor Dom Maklerski and Citi Handlowy. The completion of the construction process is to take place at the beginning of Q2 this year. www.q22.com.pl
