The group of tenants of Libero has been joined by an international chain – Pizza Hut, which is to open an innovative dine in restaurant with an open kitchen and waiter service in the south of Katowice.

Pizza Hut will occupy an area of 350 sqm in Galeria Libero. It will be a dine-in restaurant offering full waiter service and a completely new interior design. The innovative format of the restaurant which is to be opened in Libero is characterized by four elements: a stone oven for thin crust pizzas, a new menu with an extensive offer of appetizers and the salad bar; an innovative system of order placement which speeds up the meal delivery process as well as a new interior design which includes furniture, the layout of the salad bar and the open kitchen. “The new concept of the dine-in Pizza Hut restaurant is a response to current trends and customers" expectations. The restaurants in this format surprise not only because of their refreshed menu, transparency of the kitchen as well as their modern and atmospheric design. The stone oven which is used for serving our unique thin crust pizza provides the place with some charm. This innovative solution is only present in a few restaurants in Poland, soon it will also be available in Libero. It will be the first restaurant of this kind in Katowice,” says Adrian Wnęk from the press office of AmRest, the operator of the Pizza Hut brand. “In Libero we put a lot of emphasis on gastronomy. The entire second floor mostly includes restaurants, which are accompanied by entertainment and recreation. Libero will not include a traditional food court associated with a sterile canteen but a consciously designed restaurant zone divided into a few parts, subject to customers" needs. We have a fast food area for the busiest, a comfortable and cosy areas ideal for business lunches or a social meeting with friends at a shared table. Apart from various forms of interior design our designers also took care of the furniture which suits each of the individual zones as well as the appropriate light. The entirety is complemented by a leisure terrace offering a view of the city and a recreational covered garden. Apart from flagship pizzas restaurants of the chain serve pasta, salads, appetizers and desserts. Pizza Hut restaurants vary from each other – some of them offer waiter service, there are restaurants specializing in deliveries and take-out orders as well as those which sell pizza slices. The construction of Galeria Libero is on schedule. Advanced commercialization process is conducted regardless of the progressing construction work. Nearly 80 pct of Libero"s retail area has been leased. Libero is characterized by its excellent location at the junction of Kościuszki Street and Kolejowa Street, which are used by over 15,000 vehicles per hour at peak times.
