Moje Miejsce, a new part of Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotów district, is growing impressively quickly. The first office building developed by Echo Investment has reached its highest structural point and was marked with a traditional topping out.

In the autumn of 2017, the first groundbreaking took place and a few months later we can look at this piece of new urban fabric from the top of the office building. It is planned to end its construction in 2019. "Moje Miejsce is growing quickly. We are approaching the moment when the part of the city developed by us will be fully operational. Soon, first employees will be able to say that "Moje Miejsce" belongs to tchem", says Michał Żelski from Echo Investment's Office Department. The first building of this investment is over 18 000 sqm of office and service space. It will have 5 usable storeys. By the end of 2019, Echo Investment is going to build another office building with an area of over 17 000 sqm. Apart from work space, "Moje Miejsce" will also have a residential part and full urban infrastructure. Moje Miejsce is going to be the next spot in Warsaw, where it would be worth coming and spending time in a nice cafe, a great restaurant or a well-designed square. Nature plays an important role: lawns, flowerbeds, shrubs and trees. Even roofs will come into leaf. New trees will also grace urban areas - along Bobrowiecka Street. "Warsaw needs places that will be created from the very beginning with a view to building a community. Thanks to city-forming investments located in the capital city, such as "Moje Miejsce" or "Browary Warszawskie", we would like to give city residents something more than beautiful architecture and ecological technologies. We like to create estates where residents will not be anonymous, offices where cooperation and integration are as important as serious business. It is essential to restore worth of our neighborhood - a good neighborhood, which will be focused around these new parts of the city", adds Michał Żelski.
