Grota Roweckiego

A complex of small multi-family buildings including an underground parking garage located in the Krzyki district on Grota Roweckiego Street in Wrocław. The project consists of five buildings of different height (3-4 floors) with 296 apartments including loggias, balconies and terraces. Their areas range from 29 to 107 sqm. Residents will have 362 parking spaces available to them in an underground parking garage and a ground-level car park. There are also recreational areas planned within the area of the project, including a playground for children.
