Approval of Issuer’s prospectus

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. (the Issuer) hereby reports the receipt of the information concerning the approval of the prospectus concerning the Issuer"s bonds (the Prospectus) by the Financial Supervision Authority today.

The Prospectus has been prepared in connection with a public offer and the intention of applying for Echo Investment S.A."s bonds issued as part of an issue programme with a total nominal value of up to PLN 400,000,000 to be admitted to trading on the regulated bond market.

The Prospectus will be published on the Issuer"s website (www.echo.com.pl) and, for information purposes, on the website of the issue agent i.e. the Dom Maklerski PKO Banku Polskiego brokerage house (www.dm.pkobp.pl) on April 17th, 2018.
