Annex to the agreement for performing of the core and shell with the company Modzelewski&Rodek Sp. z. o. o.

The managing board of the company Echo Investment S.A. (Issuer), informs, that on 29th of April 2008 the Issuer received an annex, concluded in the current mode, between the company Echo Investment S.A. with its seat in Kielce (the Company), and the company Modzelewski&Rodek Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Warsaw (the Contractor), from 23rd of April 2008 (the Annex) changing the agreement for performance of the core and shell building, about which the Issuer informed in the current report no. 5/2008 on 4th of January 2008 roku (the Agreement).

On the basis of the concluded Annex the scope of the Agreement has been extended by the general execution of the office complex Park Postępu in Warsaw (the Building). This scope comprises:

- general execution of the Building; four seven-storeyed office buildings together with surface parking lot and two-storeyed underground parking lot,

- obtaining necessary acceptance documents by appropriate authorities,

- obtaining, in the name of the company, a legally valid permission for the Building’s exploitation,

- performing „as-built” inventory of rooms in the Building, in accordance with binding regulations.

In connection with extending of co-operation in the above-mentioned scope, the Contractor’s remuneration is increased by the amount of 128.596.469 PLN to the amount of 192.796.469 PLN.

The date of accomplishing of the execution of the Agreement’s subject is 20th of July 2009.

The remaining provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged.

The Annex to the Agreement has been acknowledged as significant on the basis of the criterion of the Issuer’s own capital.
