Information concerning creation of mortgage

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. (the Company) hereby reports that on the 6th of July 2015 the Company received statements of creation of contractual mortgage, which were submitted on the 3rd of  on a property that belongs to Dellia Investments S.A. with its seat in Kielce (Dellia) (Mortgage I) as well as a contractual mortgage on a property which belongs to Echo – Przy Słowiańskim Wzgórzu Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. with its seat in Kielce (Echo – Przy Słowiańskim Wzgórzu) (Mortgage II, together with Mortgage I – Mortgages) in favour of Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (PZU). Dellia and Echo – Przy Słowiańskim Wzgórzu are subsidiaries of the Company.
Mortgage I will be created on a property which belongs to Dellia, located at 58 Grzybowska Street in Warsaw, entered under the number WA4M/00205434/3 in the land and mortgage register of the District Court for Warsaw-Mokotów in Warsaw (Property I) whereas Mortgage II will be created on a property which belongs to Echo – Przy Słowiańskim Wzgórzu, located at the junction of Chłodna Street and 58 Grzybowska Street, entered under the number KW WA4M/00443210/7 (Property II). The Mortgages shall secure Company"s obligations towards PZU, which have a total value of PLN 216,900.00, including the obligations the Company reported in the current report no. 21/2015 of the 25th of June 2015. The total book value of Property I and Property II amounts to PLN 182,563,100.
The Properties were considered significant because their value exceeds EUR 1,000,000, calculated according to the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland on the day the disclosure obligation arises. There are no ties between the Company, the people managing or supervising the Company and PZU or the people managing or supervising PZU.
