Annexe to overdraft agreement

The Management of Board of Echo Investment S.A. ("the Issuer", "the Company") hereby reports that the Issuer received an annexe today, which was signed by correspondence on the 30th of July 2014, to an overdraft agreement ("the Annexe") concluded with Bank Zachodni WBK Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Wrocław ("the Bank"). In accordance with the Annexe the Bank increased the loan granted to the Company to PLN 75 mln while the overdraft period was extended until the 30th of July 2016. At the end of 2014 and at the end of Q1 2015 the Bank will verify the level of a financial index specified in the overdraft agreement. In the event of failure to fulfil the required levels of the index, the repayment date will be the 30th of July 2015. The Agreement has been considered significant on the basis of the Issuer"s equity criteria. Legal basis: §5 (1.3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance (Journal of Laws no. 33 item 259) of the 19th of February 2009 concerning current and periodical information published by issuers of securities and terms of recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of a non-Member State.
