Introduction of D-series bonds to trading

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. ("the Company") hereby reports that on the 12th of November 2014 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange [Giełda Papierów Wartościowych S.A.] passed a resolution regarding the introduction of the Company"s D-series bearer bonds to exchange trading on the Catalyst market. “Pursuant to § 38 (1 and 3) of the Regulation of the Stock Exchange and § 2 (1) of Section IV of Detailed Principles of Stock Exchange Trading in the UTP System, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange hereby decides:
1) to introduce 500,000 (five hundred thousand) D-series bearer bonds of ECHO INVESTMENT S.A. with a nominal value of PLN 100 (a hundred zloty) each, marked by the National Depository for Securities [Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.] with the code "PLECHPS00183", to stock exchange trading on the main market as of the 14th of November 2014;
2) to quote the bonds specified in item 1 in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name "ECH0418". Legal basis: §34 (1.3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the 19th of  February 2009 concerning current and periodical information published by issuers of securities and terms of recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws No. 33 item 259, as amended).
