Resignation of a Supervisory Board member and of a Management Board member of the Company

The management of Echo Investment S.A. (The Company) is announcing the following:
- On December 20, 2017, the Company received the resignation of Mr. Przemysław Krych from his role as member of the Company's Supervisory Board with immediate effect; - On December 21, 2017, the Company received the resignation of Mr. Mikołaj Martynuska from his role as member of the Company"s Management Board with immediate effect.
