Transfer of assets between entities in the Issuer's Capital Group

Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. ( “Issuer” or “Company”) announces that on 21 March 2016 the Issuer received the documents confirming the conclusion of agreements fro the transfer of assets between entities in the Issuer's Capital Group, as a result whereof on 11 March 2016:
1. FORUM XXXIV Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty, with principal registered office in Kraków, Poland (address: Zabłocie 25/20, 30-701 Kraków), entered into the Investment Funds register kept by the Regional Court in Warsaw, 7th Civil Register Department, under the RFi number 586, has made an in-kind contribution to a special capital reserves account (account 115): (a) SPV Retail - 1 SCSp, a special limited partnership under the Luxembourg law (Société en commandite spéciale), registered address: 5, rue Guillaume Kroll, L – 1882 Luxembourg, Luxembourg, entered into the Luxembourg commercial register under the number B 199482 – a subsidiary of FORUM XXXIV FIZ: i. 15,134,800 stocks in the company “Echo – Centrum Przemyśl – Projekt Echo – 118 Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością [limited liability company]” Spółka Komandytowo-Akcyjna [limited joint-stock partnership], with principal registered office in Kielce, address: 25-323 Kielce, Al.
