Office Bistro Group in Q22

The Q22 office building, which is being developed by Echo Investment, has acquired a new tenant. A canteen which is operated by Office Bistro will occupy an area of nearly 600 sqm.

Office Bistro is a chain of restaurants located in prestigious office buildings in the centre of Warsaw. Its canteen in Q22 will be the eleventh Office Bistro restaurant. Apart from a broad range of lunch meals, breakfasts and snacks, the restaurant offers comprehensive catering service for company and private meetings.

“Q22 is a place which is ideally in line with our business strategy. The prestige of the place will certainly inspire our chefs, who create unique menu proposals while preparing dishes on the premises using seasonal, fresh and natural products. We guarantee high quality of our meals and a great variety. Employees as well as members of the public visiting Q22 at lunch time will certainly be satisfied. ‘Live cooking’ is an additional element which makes our activities more attractive. It involves customers participating in the preparation of their favourite dish,” says Bartosz Serdakowski-Goldstein.

Q22 is a modern office area which is being developed in the centre of the capital city, at the junction of Jana Pawła Avenue and Grzybowska Street. Five prestigious tenants signed leases in the office building over the last few weeks.
“A renowned gastronomy tenant is an indispensable element of modern premium class office space. In Q22 we aim at increasing users’ comfort of work, that is why the Office Bistro restaurant meets all our requirements. We would like the canteen to be an additional area facilitating business talks in a less formal atmosphere. It is meant to harmonize with modern office space according to the big-city style designed by the Kuryłowicz & Associates architectural studio,” says Michał Żelski, senior leasing manager at Echo Investment.

Q22 is currently over 60-pct leased. Its tenants include: Deloitte, Allegro, Linklaters, William Demant, Vestor DM, Citi Handlowy and PURO Hotels.
“We have acquired another tenant, which confirms the top standard and class of our office building. But this is not all. We are in the process of negotiations with representatives of leading Polish and foreign companies. We focus on the prestige and top location. We are delivering an area which is absolutely unrivalled in business terms on the map of Warsaw,” sums up Michał Żelski.
