One of the largest Royal Collection stores in Silesia to open at Libero

A well-known Polish clothing chain has signed an agreement for the lease in the most modern shopping and entertainment complex, its construction is coming to an end in the south of Katowice. The Royal Collection multibrand store will occupy an area of approximately 1,000 sqm at Libero and will be one of the largest and most modern in the region. Another brand on the list of tenants contributes the complex to the full lease before the opening scheduled for this autumn.

”Royal Collection will undoubtedly be one of the key points on a fashion map of Libero. A new tenant in the south of Katowice, a part of the city with the highest purchasing power, will provide fashion brands recognised all over the world and attract people who are focused on classic elegance and excellent fabrics. Stores having the Royal Collection logo have been standing for quality for many years, it"s a place for the most demanding customers, which will be present at Libero” says Karolina Prędota-Krystek, Senior Leasing Manager at Echo Investment"s Department of Shopping Centres.

According to the strategy, one of the largest multibrand fashion houses with a well-established reputation will focus on strengthening its position in its industry in the near future. The basis of ambitious development plans is to concentrated on new locations in high-class facilities. The new concept of stores will help to attract customers. Currently, 12 stores located in the largest and most prestigious shopping centres in Poland operate under the Royal Collection name.

The Royal Collection stores operate on a similar basis to department stores, where clothing, additions and accessories from several dozen renowned brands are gathered together for customers. But the owners of the Polish fashion chain put emphasize not only on high-quality clothing, they also provide for professional and boutique customer service. Throughout Poland, Royal Collection stores are also well-thought-of their elegant décor and clear and intuitional space that facilitate to show products - this is an issue which the brand attaches importance from the very beginning. The key driver is also undoubtedly so large and functional areas of Royal Collection stores.

The fashion chain was founded by a Polish entrepreneur Andrzej Rosa in 1992. Royal Collection stores offer collections of the world's largest producers, among which there are: Oscar Jacobson, Stenstroms, Trussardi Jeans, Eton, Bugatti, Baldessarini, Colmar and many others. In addition, on hangers and shelves of Royal Collection, you can find clothes and accessories from its own collections including Fraternity, CV Curriculum Vitae, E & Ex, RC Woman, RC Business and RC Weekend. It is worth emphasizing that they are designed and sewn in Poland.

Libero is developed at the intersection of Kościuszki and Kolejowa streets, where over 15 thousand vehicles per hour travel past during rush hour.
